DeepinBricks offers a personalized subscription service to our users in order to access their sales data, their customer data accessible on the internet portal. These Terms of Service and Sale govern the use of the DeepinBricks service for any registered user. The expressions “DeepinBricks service”, “our service” or “the service” mean the personalized service provided by DeepinBricks allowing the importation of sales data from websites and all display, statistics and reporting functionalities. automatic sending of emails linked to associated software.

Subscription

The DeepinBricks subscription is available instantly, in any country and continues until terminated. Access to your account information is made on the DeepinBricks platform accessible from the internet. Once a paid subscription is selected, you must provide a current, valid, and accepted payment method that can be updated regularly. The billing of your account goes through a third party. You authorize us to charge you the subscription fee for the billing cycle through our payment method unless termination is initiated prior to your billing date.
We offer different subscription plans that have different restrictions and features. You are informed when you subscribe to these plans. Details of your subscription and other DeepinBricks subscriptions are available on our site and on your “settings” page.
Some subscriptions and trial periods are free, and access to specific subscriptions are offered. Eligibility for freebies and specific memberships is determined at the sole discretion of DeepinBricks. We reserve the right to revoke the free subscription and suspend an account if we do not consider you to be eligible. We may use information such as API login credentials to determine eligibility for specific freebies and subscriptions. The eligibility criteria, conditions or any restrictions are communicated to you when you subscribe or through other communications to your destination.

Billing and termination

1. Billing cycle

The service offered by DeepinBricks is subject to a monthly subscription. The subscription fees are billed to you via your payment method on the payment date indicated on your “settings” page. This payment date is fixed and takes place at the beginning of the month. In some cases, our service provider responsible for billing your account may change your payment date. For this information, please consult your dedicated administration interface accessible from your “settings” page.

2. Payment methods

To use the DeepinBricks service, you must provide a valid payment method with our payment provider. In the event of a declined payment or the absence of a valid payment method, you are liable for any amount not debited. A payment period of 30 days is possible. Beyond this period, we may suspend all access to our service until we have a valid payment method from you. For some payment methods, your provider may charge certain fees, such as fees on international transactions. Please contact the provider of your payment method for more information.

3. Updating payment methods

Updating your payment method is possible on the administration interface provided by our payment service provider available from your “settings” page. After any update, you authorize us to continue to debit your account via the payment method concerned. DeepinBricks declines all responsibility in the event of a malfunction of the payment service and the management interface provided by our service provider.

4. Withdrawal and termination

You can unsubscribe from our DeepinBricks service at any time and will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not grant any refunds or credits for periods of partial or non-use of the site. To cancel your subscription, go to the “settings” page and follow the instructions. If you cancel your subscription, your account will be kept available for a period of six months during which you can return your account as it is. Beyond the period of six months after your termination and without connection on your part, your account will be closed and your data will be deleted as mentioned in the data processing policy.

5. Changing the price of subscriptions

We can modify our subscriptions as well as the price of the services offered. You will receive a notification from us. Any change in pricing or your subscription will apply after a minimum period of 30 days after receipt of the notification.

Subscriptions price

DeepinBricks subscriptions are visible on the “plans” page. The amounts of DeepinBricks subscriptions are expressed in euros (EUR). According to French laws, we cannot apply VAT, our prices are therefore without VAT (TVA non applicable - article 293 B du CGI).
