DeepinBricks organizes informations about a store and its customers managed on
BrickLink and Brick Owl. Our website is developed for use by a store manager. DeepinBricks
collects store manager data, store data and store customer data in order to provide
tools for managing a commercial activity. These data are grouped in the form of diagrams,
tables, and other representations to allow an evaluation of the store’s performance and management.
The various services are grouped into several categories:
- Orders, for a view and management of received orders.
- Customers, for a view and knowledge of customers and their personal information.
- Emailing, for the implementation of mailing campaigns, which can be targeted thanks to the different customer groups.
- Analytics, for an overview of the various graphs relating to the information
and performance of the store that the manager may need to improve his daily life.

Account
The access to the DeepinBricks service is through a personal account. You must be at least 18 years old to create one. Minors may use the service only under adult supervision. Any account created on DeepinBricks is reserved solely for the use of the activity of a single store on one or more marketplaces. You are responsible for all activity occurring through your DeepinBricks account. You are responsible for updating and maintaining accurate information relating to your account. We may terminate or suspend your account in order to protect you, as well as to protect DeepinBricks, against identity theft or other fraudulent activity.
The financing of our services
The operation of the site is done by subscription to the service. The general conditions of sales govern this subscription management. No advertising services have been set up as a source of remuneration.
Your commitment
We have developed DeepinBricks to improve the management of a business activity and in return, we expect users to make certain commitments. First of all, you must guarantee a true identity, by using your real name and providing correct information about yourself. You may not use our mailing campaign service to share illegal, misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent content or content that infringes or violates third party rights. You may not import viruses or malicious code or act in any way that could interfere with the proper functioning of DeepinBricks. On the other hand, we need your permission to access your information and information about your store and your customers, as well as all orders placed with your store.

You will of course be informed and you will have the opportunity to read them
before they come into force. You will be able to delete your account if you no
longer agree with our terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if we deem it necessary.
You will be kept informed. If a dispute arises between you and our platform,
the law of the French state will apply to the claim.
Deleting your account
You can decide at any time to delete your account. The data saved about you and the data concerning your store or your customers will be permanently deleted after a period of 6 months of inactivity. During this period, you can decide at any time to reactivate your account by recovering all your data. One month before the end of the 6-month period, we will send you an email offering to download your data, including your invoices, allowing you to keep them for as long as you want.
Conditions of sale of your products
The conditions of sale of products to your customers are those promulgated by the BrickLink and Brick Owl platforms. We do not intervene in these conditions and do not take any responsibility for them.
