How does pricing work?

At this time, the DeepinBricks service is not accessible to everyone. There is no question of pricing yet.

Do my customers have to pay for access to their account?

No, access for your customers is completely free. They can access their service simply from the link received by e-mail.

Want a feature that doesn’t exist?

Please do not hesitate to contact us to tell us about your needs. We are constantly adding features to the site.

Can DeepinBricks sync inventories?

No, DeepinBricks is not an inventory synchronization tool between BrickLink and Brick Owl. There are many tools for this like BrickStock. In contrast, DeepinBricks provides statistics on your stocks sold.

How do I connect my APIs?

From your BrickLink or Brick Owl account, you have the possibility to create connection keys to your APIs. All you have to do is enter these connection keys in DeepinBricks and the import starts automatically.

Are these API keys secure?

Yes. We encrypt your API keys in our database and no one can access them. They are stored in a data center in France.

What does an API error mean?

Sometimes connection errors occur with APIs. An unstable connection means that the BrickLink or Brick Owl service is temporarily unavailable (maintenance) or that a security certificate (SSL) error has occurred. A simple error means that the request is poorly formulated or that no data matches. In this case, be patient, the synchronization will resume automatically.

How is the site translated?

The site is translated automatically with Microsoft translation services. It is possible that errors have crept in because the context is not necessarily understood by this translation tool.

How do I report a translation error?

It is possible that errors are present on the site. In this case, do not hesitate to report it to us by contacting us. The team thanks you in advance!

How to get a new language?

We can easily add new languages to the site. Contact us to tell us which one you want to have.

Should I notify my customers that I am using DeepinBricks?

Yes. If you are using DeepinBricks as a store in order to process your orders, you must inform your customers that DeepinBricks is processing their data as part of their purchase (as a subcontractor). A message template is available on your dashboard in the compliance tab.

Why can’t I send a newsletter to my customers?

From marketplaces, it is not possible to request the consent of your customers to subscribe to your newsletter. By being integrated into your customer database, we therefore consider by default without explicit consent from them, that they do not wish to receive newsletters.
